Hiya, chronically online scrollers! Welcome back to TikTok Decoder, woo’s weekly breakdown of trends, sounds and creators brought to you by senior writer Darshita Goyal <3 Fresh off the slate: the horny park couple, beauty products that look unsexy and dating a pizza guy. Buckle in!

freshly viral: central park blanket couple

Sunny days have barely begun and everyone’s out with their picnic blankets. Kids are playing catch, the girlies are having wine and cheese but THIS couple in Central Park took it a smidge (should I say shag?) too far. Videos of them jumping each other – like wild bunnies or dogs on heat or a home alone pre-teen with internet – have taken TikTok by storm. It wasn’t a quickie either, as different POVs show them going at it under the same blanket throughout the day! Wonder if they know or care? And no, the shock isn’t because Gen Z is over sex or whatever, you can be as horny as you like, just don’t shove it in everyone’s face tysm x

trend to know: unsexy products

One side of the internet is obsessed with bougie, more-is-more beauty PR packages like this Gisou mini fridge, the Laneige bouncy ball or the XXL Gentle Monster unicorn. The other side knows better than to judge books – and beauty products – by how they look on the outside. Creators are sharing their favourite “unsexy” products – basically derm-approved, high street pharmacy steals that look clinical but walk the walk. Expect a lot of CeraVe ofc but also nappy rash cream, anti chafing sticks, the “best mouthwash to ever exist” and more.
